Organization code and username update

This guide explains the recent updates to the TINYpulse login process, specifically for users who access the platform using a username (i.e., employee ID)  rather than an email.

To improve security and ensure you are directed to the correct workspace, we have an Organization Code for username-based logins.

What’s New?

We’ve streamlined the login page to offer a clearer path for different user types. You will notice a new dedicated button for username logins (i.e., using an EID vs. an email)  and a one-time setup step for your organization’s unique code.

Your organization’s unique code can be customized and be a combination of numbers or alphabet, 3 -15 total characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z).

How to Log In with a Username

1. Navigate to the TINYpulse Login Page

2. Select the New Login Option: "Login with username."

   

3. Enter Your Organization Code
   1. You will be prompted to enter your Organization Code, then click Continue

4. Note: This code is a unique identifier provided by your company’s TINYpulse administrator. If you do not have it, please contact your HR or IT department. 

1. Enter Your Credentials 
   • Once the code is verified, enter your unique Username and Password as usual.
   • Click Login to enter your TINYpulse account and Dashboard

Notes:

• One-Time Entry: You only need to enter the Organization Code once. The system will securely save this code on your current device/browser after your first successful login, so you won't have to retype it every time.
