How to Add our TINYpulse Email as a Safe Sender
Deliverability issues are no fun for anyone. We use an email server client that can sometimes be filtered by some companies' IT departments, which prevents our emails from getting to you (albeit very infrequently). Following these steps will ensure that you will never have to worry about TINYpulse emails ending up in your junk folder.
Add a safe sender in Gmail
-
From your inbox, click Contacts (either in the Mail drop-down menu or in your Google navigation menu on the top of the screen).
-
On the Contacts page, click the Add Contact button and enter the address happiness@tinypulse.com.
We also recommend that you add support@tinypulse.com, accounting@tinypulse.com, and csa@tinypulse.com as safe senders as well to make sure that you will receive the replies from our Support, Accounting, and CSA teams.

Safe Sender Info
If the safe sender precautions above didn't work, reach out to your IT department to approve TINYpulse on your email server. Be warned, you may want to copy and paste the info into an email for your IT department to take care of if you do not have admin access to your company's email client.
-
Add our happiness@tinypulse.com email to your safe list as per the instructions above.
-
Add the following Mandrill App IP address to your safe list (that's the email server that we use to send the surveys): 198.2.180.167
