When do survey reminder's go out?
Survey Reminders:
All rules below apply for Engage and Onboard surveys. Exit surveys don’t support reminders (auto or manual) yet.
- The first reminder is at the same time as the survey's original send time. For instance, the survey went out at 2 PM, the first reminder will also go out at 2 PM.
- The second reminder is exactly 48 hours before the close time. For instance, the survey expires at 5 PM on Oct 10, the second reminder goes out at 5 PM on Oct 8.
- If the survey's duration is 4-9 weekdays with only one reminder, the time of the second reminder shall apply.
- Reminders only go out to anyone who has not responded to the survey.
- Survey reminders can be sent via email, Slack, or MS Teams. SMS reminder is not supported yet, kindly reach out to Support team, we can help resend the initial SMS.
