Single Sign-On via the "Sign in with Google / Microsoft" Buttons (for Admins)
There are three ways to sign in to TINYpulse:
- Using your G Suite or Microsoft account credentials
- Setting up a SSO (This may require additional fees - please check with your Customer Success Manager)
- Setting a unique password just for TINYpulse.
Using Google or Microsoft as your single sign-in option offers several advantages, including eliminating the need to remember a separate TINYpulse password, faster sign-ins, and added security through third-party providers, such as periodic password resets.
If eligible, we highly recommend using your Google or Microsoft account to save time for both you and your employees.
The methods outlined in this document are ready to use out of the box and require no additional setup effort.
Sign up/in with your Google account
If your company uses G Suite, you can sign up for TINYpulse using that account. It works right out of the box, so there's nothing that you need to set up.
Just click the Sign in with Google button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.
TINYpulse will automatically retrieve your name and sync your password, eliminating the need for manual entry.
(!) Please Note: You must use the same G Suite account to sign up for TINYpulse that you received your TINYpulse invitation email through (this is typically your work email address). If the email address you log in with does not match your TINYpulse account's email, you will encounter an error message.
Sign up/in with your Microsoft account
If your organization utilizes OAuth, you can sign up for TINYpulse using that password as well. Like with G Suite, it works right out of the box, so there's nothing that you need to set up. (If you're not sure, please check with your IT department.)
Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.
TINYpulse will automatically retrieve your name and sync your password after the verification check, so you're all set. No need to manually enter your name or password—TINYpulse will pull that information directly from your Microsoft account.
(!) Please Note: Similar to the Google integration, the Microsoft account you use to sign up for TINYpulse must match the email address you were invited with (this is typically your work email). If the email address you log in with doesn’t match your TINYpulse account, you’ll receive an error message.
Note for Microsoft Users: If your company uses a third-party SSO application (such as ADFS, PingFederate, Okta, OneLogin, etc.) along with Microsoft Enterprise software, you won't be able to use that account to sign up for TINYpulse. Please reach out to your local administrator for further assistance.
Set a unique TINYpulse password
If you do not have a qualifying Google or Microsoft email address, no problem! Just enter your first and last name, and choose a password, then click Submit and you are in!
Now you will be able to access TINYpulse at any time by going directly to https://app.tinypulse.com/ and entering your email address and password. Log in at any time to give an anonymous suggestion, send a Cheer, or access your Coach account to update your goals or to-do lists.
