Extend and Reopen 360 Feedback Requests

Is time running out, but you still want to collect more responses for a 360 Feedback request? Or, has the 360 Feedback already closed? No worries! You can add some extra time by extending a 360 Feedback request, or you can reopen a 360 Feedback request, too.

Extending 360 Feedback Requests

Extending a 360 Feedback request is quick and easy!

1. Go to the 360 Feedback page in your Employee View
2. Click on the Requested tab
3. Click on the three dots to the right of the individual 360 Feedback request and select Extend (Or in the 360 Feedback detail page, click on the Extend button)
4. Click on the Extend button in the resulting pop-up

   

5. Your 360 Feedback request has now been extended for 1 week

Reopen 360 Feedback Requests

After a 360 Feedback Request has closed, users will not be able to submit any more feedback, and the request will be moved to the Completed Feedback section. If you need to reopen the 360 Feedback, no problem!

1. Go to the 360 Feedback page in your Employee View

2. Click on the Requested tab

3. Scroll down to the Completed Feedback section

4. Click on the three dots to the right of the individual 360 Feedback request and select Reopen (Or in the 360 Feedback detail page, click on the Reopen button)

5. Choose a new End date for the 360 Feedback request's feedback cycle and click on the Reopen button
