View your employee's 1-on-1 Responses

As a manager, it’s important to prepare for your 1-on-1 meetings with your direct reports. After your employees complete their 1-on-1 pulses, you should take the time to review what they have said.

View your direct reports’ 1-on-1 pulse responses from your email

As soon as one of your direct reports submits their 1-on-1 pulse, you will receive an email summary immediately.

Subject line: “[Employee’s name’s] 1-on-1 Response for [Date] Meeting

You can click the link in the email to take you to Coach where you can also review your direct reports' 1-on-1 responses and add any notes you want your employee to see prior to your 1-on-1 meeting.

View your direct reports’ 1-on-1 responses in Coach

You can also view your direct reports’ 1-on-1 submissions directly from Coach. Simply click the 1-on-1 icon on the left-side navigation bar to get to a list of all your direct reports' 1-on-1 responses ordered week by week.

Feel free to sort the responses by individual using the drop-down menu.

 

Now you will have the proper context as you go into your 1-on-1s.
