Align an Individual Goal to a Company Goal

Using Goals will help you stay focused and communicate your goals with your managers so you can get help and feedback instantly.

Aligning your personal goal with the company goals with help ensure that you stay focused, make your contribution visible, and get help from anyone within the company if needed. 

Align an Individual Goal to a Company Goal

To align your Individual Goal with a Company Goal(s), follow these steps:
 

1. Click on Goals page in the left side navigation bar

2. Click on the three dots to the right of the Individual Goal that you would like to align with the Company Goal(s). 

3. Click on the Edit button.
   
     

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the goal page, you will see Select company goals.

5. Click on one or more Company Goals that you would like to align.
   
   

6. Once done, click Save. 

7. Your Individual Goal now is aligned with the Company Goal(s)!
